Welcome to Metro Members! These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website, membership services, and any related benefits provided by SplitIt Corp. d/b/a Metro Members ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website www.metromembers.com (the "Site") and becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or sign up for membership.

Membership & Eligibility

  • Metro Members offers a paid membership program that provides access to exclusive perks, discounts, financial tools, and community benefits.

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or older. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal age.

  • Metro Members reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its discretion.

Membership Plans & Payments

Pricing & Billing

  • Metro Members offers the following subscription plans:

    • Monthly Membership: $19/month

    • Annual Membership: $199/year (discounted rate)

  • Payment is charged immediately upon sign-up and will auto-renew unless canceled.

  • We accept payments via Stripe, Square, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
     

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • To cancel, you must log in to your account or contact support@metromembers.com at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not available for partially used membership periods.
     

Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the charge again. If payment is not received within 5 days, your membership may be suspended or canceled.

Membership Benefits & Limitations

  • As a Metro Member, you gain access to exclusive perks, including:

    • Discounts at participating restaurants, venues, and local businesses.

    • Invitations to community events and networking opportunities.

    • Financial tools, including budgeting resources and credit guidance.

  • Benefits may change at any time, and Metro Members does not guarantee continued access to any specific discounts or services.

Some perks are location-based and may not be available to all members.

Refunds & Disputes

  • Metro Members does not offer refunds for paid memberships.

  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@metromembers.com for review.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in membership suspension.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree that you will:


✅ Provide accurate and updated personal information.
✅ Use Metro Members perks only for personal, non-commercial use.
✅ Respect community rules when attending events.

🚨 You may not:


❌ Share your membership access or benefits with non-members.
❌ Use our website or services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
❌ Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the Metro Members platform.

Metro Members reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates these rules.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Metro Members collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your payment information is securely handled via third-party payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc.), and we do not store your full credit card details.

By using our services, you consent to receiving email & SMS notifications regarding membership updates, payments, and exclusive offers.

Intellectual Property

  • The Metro Members brand, logo, website content, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

Account Suspension & Termination

Metro Members may suspend or terminate any account under the following conditions:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Abuse or misuse of membership perks.

  • Engaging in fraudulent activity.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

Disclaimers & Liability Limits

  • Metro Members is not responsible for third-party discounts, services, or financial advice provided as part of your membership.

  • We do not guarantee financial outcomes (e.g., improved credit scores, savings growth).

Metro Members is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from using membership benefits.

Changes To These Terms

  • Metro Members reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notifications.

Your continued membership after updates means you accept the new Terms.
